It becomes a full-scale construction and agricultural equipment manufacturer. In 1999, Bobcat was acquired by Ingersoll-Rand. Subsequently, Ingersoll-Rand sold the Bobcat brand to Doosan Group. Today, Bobcat is one of the subsidiaries of Doosan Group.
