Definitions
“Seller” refers to the owner of the website, who offers the products.
“Buyer” refers to an individual or company that makes an order.

Payment
Order fulfillment requires payment of all applicable fees. If the order is successfully made, the buyer will receive an E-mail to check the order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, no products will be sent. Consumers lose title to any item purchased for non-payment. Shipping Policies
The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee and it will be calculated when the order is made. The seller is not responsible for anything damaged during shipment, but shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard the buyer’s services or materials against loss, damage, or destruction.

Refund/Return Policy
If the buyer notifies the seller within 60 days after the date of purchase, the item may be returned or refunded. The buyer needs to contact the seller via email: service@mymromarts.com or the website’s customer account page. Normally, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. If returns or exchanges are caused by our faults, we are happy to bear the returning shipping cost.

Cancellation
Orders could be canceled up to the time when the payment is confirmed. The buyer will receive an email of order confirmation after the payment has been completed.
Complaints

Our customer service staff will handle it as soon as possible. There is no predicted result to provide, and the seller will deal with the issue on an individual basis.
